Job Description

1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. General CRDR imaging fluoroscopy carm cartography and trauma 2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting medication systems etc.) electronic EMR (EPIC) PACS (McKesson) GE Phillips Carestream and Toshiba 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. general radiolography imaging skills 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT CRT BLS ACLS etc) ARRT and ND State Licensure (temporary) 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone Is call required If so how often Are weekends required) Yes employee will work independently. Yes call is required. Shifts: 8hrs 10hrs and/or 12hrs. 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so to which units/departments) OR ER portable xray thoughout the hospital. 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 223 inpatient bedsattached to a multidisipline clinic 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) n/a 9. Dress Code: hospital scrubs (supplied) 10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. EMR traininggeneral equipment and protocol review by department

Comments:Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department XRay Technologist Start February 3rd Pending ND licensure Weekend 12 hour ED XRay Shift. 11am11pm Friday Saturday Sunday 13 week contract 36 hours/week. No call *This location does not take local candidates. Must reside more than 80 miles away from the facility*

Position Requirements: Name of Position Requirements 2 years experience ND State Licensure (willing to get) ARRT Willing to take call Does your candidate require time off during assignment If yes please list in comments Level I/II Trauma experience (required) Travel experience highy preferred Is this candidate a 1099
