Position Overview:
seeking a skilled Clojure or Common LISP Developer to design implement and maintain robust applications using functional programming principles. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Clojure or Common LISP its ecosystem and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop test and deploy highperformance applications using Clojure/Common LISP.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain and improve existing Clojure/Common LISP codebases.
Optimize applications for performance scalability and maintainability.
Integrate Clojure/Common LISP applications with databases APIs and thirdparty tools.
Write clear concise and maintainable code following functional programming best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.


Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Clojure/Common LISP and its standard libraries.
Understanding of functional programming concepts immutability and concurrency.
Experience with the JVM ecosystem and tools like Leiningen.
Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g. Ring Compojure Pedestal).
Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORMs like Datomic.
Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Problemsolving skills and an ability to work in a collaborative environment.


Preferred Skills

Experience with ClojureScript for frontend development.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
