Job Description
Air Liquide handles labor safety health and environmental (HSE) matters related to industrial activities focusing on:
- Promoting industrial regulations (IMS) and legal compliance.
- Compiling external and group reports on HSE and IMS.
- Organizing HSE events like national safety conventions.
- Managing safety documents including Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Translating documents related to IMS.
How will you contribute and grow
Promoting industrial regulations (IMS) and legal compliance:
- Manage IMS and legal compliance at each site/facility.
- Conduct alcohol checks for corporate vehicle drivers manage safety pledges issue and renew service car driving qualifications arrange and distribute posters awards gifts and more.
Compiling external and group reports on HSE and IMS:
- Request and compile investigation reports from sites/facilities including CSR PCB energy consumption fluorocarbon leakage PRTR (Pollutant Release and Transfer Register) industrial waste labor accidents and environmental surveys for the AL group.
Organizing HSE events:
- Prepare and host HSErelated events such as national and regional safety conventions Gear Up Safety campaigns and safety slogan collections.
Managing safety documents including SDS:
- Handle SDS inquiries and manage related materials.
Translating documents:
- Translate and distribute HSE Flash reports from the AL group and other relevant documents as needed.
Qualifications :
Are you the right fit
- Over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in safety and health operations
- Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering chemistry or IT
- Highpressure gas safety officer qualification (can be acquired after joining)
- Proficient in PC skills (Word/Excel Google Applications)
- Strong communication skills
