Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Ecommerce Specialist to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As an Ecommerce Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales strategy and optimizing our digital presence to enhance customer experience and increase conversions.
- Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms to ensure seamless user experience and maximize sales
- Analyze web traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee product listings pricing and inventory management on the ecommerce platform
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices
- Work closely with customer service teams to address user feedback and improve the online shopping experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners
- Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance and present insights to stakeholders
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field
- Fresh graduated in ecommerce or digital marketing
- Proven track record of increasing online sales and conversions
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools particularly Google Analytics
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and project management abilities
- Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian ecommerce market preferred
- Ecommerce certifications (e.g. Google Analytics Shopify) are a plus
