We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Senior Sales Business Development (B2B) professional to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role you will lead our B2B sales efforts driving business growth and fostering longterm client relationships in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our B2B client base and increase revenue
- Lead and mentor a highperforming sales team setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and networking
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to create tailored solutions for clients
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Negotiate and close highvalue contracts with enterpriselevel clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field; MBA preferred
- 7 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Advanced negotiation skills and ability to close highvalue deals
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities
- Indepth knowledge of B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Strategic planning and execution skills
- Experience in developing and managing key accounts
- Understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and culture
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
