You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Administrative Assistants responsibility is to support the executive and administrative team in a timely efficient personalized and professional manner. This candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks and work independently on various projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fastpaced environment be wellorganized have great time management skills take the initiative and work with minimal guidance. This candidate will be coordinating with different teams in the organization and requires strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage training portal including managing and updating content tracking courses creating bespoke courses updating and assigning assessments and following up on course completion for compliance.
Work with managers and HR on creating and coordinating training schedules for new hires and existing employees.
Assist in screening and scheduling interviews assessments and other appointments and reminders.
Act as the primary backup to admin.
Answer and screen phone calls on a multiline phone system transferring to the correct individual/department.
Manage online fax requests and forward them to the correct departments.
Manage and maintain executives schedules calendars and meetings.
Manage and complete monthly expense reports in SAP Concur.
Manage projects and coordinate with team members on the completion of projects.
Assist in general administrative tasks and activities.
Assist with research and data analysis tasks.
Liaise with internal staff and external clients or vendors.
Provide timely responses to requests and inquiries.
Draft format and proofread documents reports and presentations.
Handle data entry and manage databases.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
PLEASE READ: This is a fulltime position with an expectation to be online and available from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (15:30 to 00:30 Beirut Time) Monday through Friday. This role has a salary of $1300/month.
Qualifications :
Education:
Associates degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Techsavvy individual with a proven track record of integrating technology to solve problems work efficiently and streamline processes.
