Payroll Analyst
This is a fulltime opportunity.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Boston MA.
About this position
In this critical role you will focus primarily on Student Payroll data leading investigations auditing and reconciliation. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Payroll to develop key reports and processes that assist management in making important decisions. This is a dynamic position where you will play an active role in ensuring compliance identifying issues and resolving payroll challenges. Job Responsibilities
Lead master data investigation auditing and reconciliation related to Student Payroll.
Develop and implement standard reports processes and metrics with the Associate Director of Payroll.
Analyze payroll data extracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
Work with Student Employment teams to integrate new systems.
Resolve payroll issues by collaborating with other administrative and finance teams across the University.
Ensure accurate payroll processing including payments tax calculations and withholdings for over 27000 individuals.
Skills/Requirements
Strong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and reconcile complex payroll data.
Knowledge of payroll systems tax laws and payroll withholding processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Experience with compliance and risk mitigation in payroll processing.
Strong communication skills for interaction with managers and other stakeholders.

Pay/Salary Range:
Pay Range: $3035/hr
