Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Description: Assistant AI/ML Engineer
Overview: We are looking for an Assistant AI/ML Engineer to collaborate with our team in the development deployment and continuous improvement of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts a keen desire to learn and the ability to support senior engineers in designing and implementing AIdriven applications.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior AI/ML engineers to develop test and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions.
Assist in deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments ensuring scalability robustness and performance.
Perform feature engineering and EDA to prepare quality data for model training.
Work on GenAI using NLP/NLU technologies such as AzureOpenAI Langchain HuggingFace NLTK and SpaCy for textbased AI solutions.
Support integration of AI capabilities into existing products ensuring smooth collaboration between AI models and backend systems.
Conduct performance analysis and A/B testing to evaluate deployed AI models and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and share insights with the team to drive innovation.
Participate in team meetings brainstorming sessions and technical discussions to provide valuable input on AI/ML projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
24 years of handson experience with AI/ML projects or internships particularly in machine learning GenAI OCR NLP or computer vision.
Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
Understanding of API integrations with AI/ML models to connect models with applications.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with essential libraries like NumPy pandas and scikitlearn.
Basic knowledge of deploying and monitoring AI models in production including troubleshooting and debugging.
Handson experience with text preprocessing text analytics and familiarity with transformer models like BERT or GPT.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and relational databases like MySQL.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
