Job Description
Job Description: Production Engineer
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Monitor daily production activities and address any technical or operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the design and quality teams to resolve productrelated issues.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operate at optimal performance.
- Develop and implement improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
- Supervise and guide the production team to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical/electronic equipment and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and inventory management.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in EEE or ECE.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and systems.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in handling electrical and electronic equipment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Handson experience with production software/tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
