Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven IT/Tech B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative your primary responsibility will be to generate leads build relationships with potential clients and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs challenges and business goals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients highlighting the value and benefits they offer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions competitors and activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports forecasts and other relevant documentation.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- 25 years of B2B Tech/IT Sales experience and experience working as a system integrator.
- Proven experience in B2B sales in IT or Tech Industries.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
