Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven IT/Tech B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative your primary responsibility will be to generate leads build relationships with potential clients and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs challenges and business goals.
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients highlighting the value and benefits they offer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions competitors and activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports forecasts and other relevant documentation.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 25 years of B2B Tech/IT Sales experience and experience working as a system integrator.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales in IT or Tech Industries.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.

Location Victoria Island Lagos Island Lagos State
Work Mode Hybrid (2 days Onsite & 3 days Remote) (9 am 5 pm)

Benefits

Remuneration NGN 300000 Monthly Net (Open to Negotiation)
Benefits HMO Pension Sales Commission and 13th Month.
