Job Description

Role Overview

The B2B Demand Marketer will be at the forefront of growth and demand initiatives working collaboratively with our internal team and clients to execute strategies that drive measurable results. Combining traditional demand generation tactics with cuttingedge social marketing this position is ideal for someone passionate about B2B marketing and eager to make an impact in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Campaign:

  • Design and implement comprehensive demand generation campaigns to drive brand awareness lead generation and pipeline growth for both Nine Degree and its clients.

  • Identify and target key buyer personas and decisionmakers through datadriven segmentation and tailored messaging.

  • Partner with the content team to develop assets such as whitepapers case studies infographics and eBooks that align with campaign objectives.

  • Develop landing pages and email nurture sequences optimized for engagement and lead conversion.

  • Build and refine lead nurturing workflows that move prospects through the funnel leveraging automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.

  • Define and implement lead scoring frameworks to ensure alignment with sales teams and efficient handoff of qualified leads.

  • Collaborate on ABM strategies for highvalue accounts creating personalized campaigns and outreach plans.

  • Coordinate crosschannel touchpoints to ensure consistent messaging and engagement for target accounts.

LinkedIn Marketing:

  • Plan manage and execute organic LinkedIn campaigns for B2B audiences.

  • Create compelling content tailored for social platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Drive social selling campaigns targeted for specific audiences.

  • Analyze social media performance and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with internal teams including content creators designers and data analysts to craft cohesive marketing strategies.

  • Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine targeting.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients ensuring campaigns align with their goals and expectations.

Optimization and Performance Measurement:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g. CPL CTR MQLtoSQL conversion rates) identify trends and refine strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging tools to ensure innovative and effective demand generation efforts.

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics HubSpot or similar platforms to measure campaign success and generate actionable insights.

  • Create reports highlighting key metrics progress toward goals and recommendations for improvement.



Requirements

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 1 3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation or social media marketing.

  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Ability to write compelling copies for email and linkedin that help convert. Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive content.

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Clarity).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to grow within a teamoriented organization.

Good to have

  • Familiarity with accountbased marketing (ABM) strategies.

  • Experience in working with B2B SaaS or professional services industries.

Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, Account Executive, or Marketing Manager (1-2 years), ideally in a marketing agency, with a history of managing client relationships and spearheading effective marketing campaigns. Solid grasp of marketing strategy, branding, and current digital marketing trends. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, experienced in team building and mentoring. Skilled in creative ideation across various channels, with a history of executing these ideas. Essential ability to craft communication ideas, write content, and develop social media copy and captions. Knowledgeable about social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Competent in balancing client and team expectations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to nurture significant relationships with clients and team members. Strategic mindset, adept at turning client requirements into tangible strategies. Capable of handling multiple projects at once, with a keen attention to detail. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.
