We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Tendering Lead to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Procurement team in our Athens Office.

Role summary:
In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple tenders with the support of procurement team in Athens/Dubai/Jeddah office.

What you will need to do:
- Ensure all deliverables are priced and delivered as per the Tender Procurement Plan requirements (Tender Timeline Pricing Documentation)
- Closely coordinate and align with the Supply Chain Director for critical activities such as: definition of the Tender Procurement strategy coordination with other regions for the resource interface with other Dept negotiation strategy final pricing review
- Ensure a Tender Procurement Plan is developed systematically and up to date
- Ensure to achieve cost optimization through better knowledge and pricing from the supplier market
- Ensure the team stick to the Tender schedule and focus on principle targets such as price and deliverables
- Coordinate frequently and effectively with Tendering and Engineering team
- Reassure that the company is able in the long term to provide more benchmark and feedback analysis about commodities
What you will need to have:
- Engineering degree
- At least 10 years experience in Procurement and/or Tendering activities at Department or Corporate level
- Min. two years experience in leading teams
- Previous working experience in EPC companies is a must
- Proven experience with Supplier Market in Middle East or/and North Africa is highly welcomed
- Fluency in English

- Is able to build strong working relationships and manage reporting at Project Regional and Corporate level with people of various cultures & nationalities
- Possesses excellent cooperation and leadership skills
- Is proactive with a cando attitude
- Possesses strong presentation and reporting skills
