Job Description
- Gather project requirements and develop project plans;
- Develop and execute business development opportunities and growth strategies
- Coordinate closely with Auto1s management team to define priorities build relationships and execute deals;
- Optimize and automate existing process flows in the current system as well as create incentive and performance analytics to increase efficiency
- Be part of recruiting hiring training and personal development of the employees;
- Create reports and status updates
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and employees to foster collaboration and support.
Qualifications :
2 years work experience in Management/Strategy or similar business tasks;
Excellent analytical skills Excel knowledge;
Selfmotivated individual who can succeed in a dynamic fast paced environment with outstanding team leadership skills;
Precise attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
Fluent in written and spoken English
Additional Information :
The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania Kompleksi Delijorgji Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
