To help us get there were seeking an experienced Global Shared Services Director. We want you to build shared services globally and were looking for someone who has the ambition and experience to achieve this while leading other regional People Operations (POps) Leads. You will be responsible for building establishing leading and continuously enhancing the Global Shared Services function.
This role requires a visionary and strategic leader with handson experience in creating and managing shared services in a multicountry environment. The ideal candidate will drive evolution streamline processes to improve the Wise experience increase efficiency and enhance service delivery across various People functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and operational strategy of our Global People Operations and Shared Services from the ground up.
Design and implement centralised shared service delivery frameworks to enhance operational excellence across multiple geographies.
Drive strategic initiatives including process standardisation compliance management and stakeholder engagement ensuring highquality service delivery through robust SLAs and KPIs.
Strategically develop and execute a location plan by establishing key hubs in strategic regions to optimise service delivery ensure compliance and align with global business needs.
About You:
A proven track record in building and leading HR Shared Services in a multicountry environment.
Experience in a shared services environment (10 years) with a proven ability to successfully build and operationalize shared services from the ground up.
A strategic thinker with a history of operational excellence in HR capable of driving change and transformation.
Extensive HR experience specialising in HR operations (10 years) within a fastpaced environment.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop business cases and understand complex data to inform decisionmaking.
A resilient change agent: you possess the skills and desire to improve the status quo including the ability to manage all elements of organisational transformation facilitation and training.
Customerdriven: you are customercentric always thinking about how to automate and improve the Wise experience while working smarter not harder and able to understand diverse perspectives and adapt your communication style accordingly.
