Our client is a fastgrowing German startup that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a handson Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.

Tasks
- Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources using email phone and social media
- Qualifying new leads over a phone call making sure that the BANT requirements are met
- Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the companys platform provides booking demos for the Account Executives
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting) ideally within pharma industry but not a must
- Previous experience with the DACH market is a plus
- You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You are goaloriented!
- You have great communication and presentation skills and really thrive in a clientfacing role
- You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset eager to take ownership and make a real impact
