Job Description
- Masters degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- More than 10 years of experience in Project and Portfolio management PRINCE2 & PM2 ITIL TOGAF DODAF NAF BPM UML;
- More than 10 years of experience in public sector environment with a proven experience in business and needs analysis;
- More than 7 years of experience in Digital transformation projects and ability to design and drive digital transformation initiatives in public sector environment;
- Experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals;
- Experience with modelling and graphical representations and abstractions;
- Ability to carry out comprehensive user requirement gathering and analysis including through stakeholder identification and consultation processes;
- Certification in Digital transformation would be considered as assets;
- Excellent command of the English and French language.
