We are hiring for a highly driven and motivated Manager Internal Communications (APAC) position based in Singapore. The successful candidate will work in the regional Internal Communications team reporting to the Chief of Human Resources and support local inmarket teams to deliver internal communications strategies.
What will be your mission
- Working with the regional internal communications team develop innovative internal communications campaigns clear narratives and programmes to engage organisations employee base with a focus on the foodpanda brand and APAC region
- Develop editorial content and work closely with regional and business teams to ensure appropriate messaging
- Build stakeholder relationships across departments and regions to establish relevant messaging and tactics for each campaign and provide internal communications counsel for internal stakeholders
- Lead and support with hybrid event setup and execution (e.g. Town Halls) to make sure we reach out to all teams
- Support internal communication from the management team through various channels
- Build a robust community of internal ambassadors to help build a strong engagement
- Measure results of internal communications efficacy and report in a timely fashion
- Manage and support issues management when necessary
- Work closely with PA & PR teams to make sure there is cohesion between internal and external communication narratives
- Develop and maintain internal communications Standard Operating Procedures such as internal comms calendars and distribution lists
Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in internal communications digital communications change management
- Degree related to communications or digital communications is a plus
- Previous experience working in a communications position supporting People & Culture teams and advising senior leadership (Clevel and Dteam)
- Demonstrated experience in crossdepartmental collaboration and project management
- Ability to anticipate potential reputational risks and issues possess a strategic approach to problemsolving
- Agile able to work independently and thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Other APAC languages are a plus
