Job Description
Following up mechanical design with outsource designers/Perform mechanical design as deemed necessary.
Perform site Surveys for several task orders write down detailed mechanical SOW and provide estimated cost for the mechanical SOW in coordination with other disciplines.
Responsible for ensuring the completeness of all required mechanical submittals documents and the production of detailed shopdrawings as deemed necessary.
Responsible for checking and reviewing of all technical mechanical submittals against the contract specifications and the related codes and manuals.
Manage coordinate and issue mechanical RFIs and FCRs as required.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
Min 10 Years of experience in tender estimation and technical evaluation study
Preferred Previous experience in tender estimation and technical evaluation for different mechanical systems (HVAC Fire Fighting and Plumbing)
Strong knowledge in Microsoft office applications and also AutoCAD / Revit is a plus.
