- Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team
- Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation
- Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisations values
- Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise its effectiveness
- Foster and maintain the positive team culture
- Conduct regular reviews of each team members performance
- Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
- Managing site issues related to Workplace health and safety space allocations and resources
- Seeking and capturing feedback from clients

About you
- Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
- Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings ideally
- Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Own vehicle and current full driver licence
Qualifications :
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
