Job Description
WorkWave is a field service management software that provides SaaS solutions for businesses in the service industry (HVAC Plumbing & Electrical Cleaning Lawn & Landscape Home Delivery Logistics & Distribution). We empower these businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences and grow their customer base on our efficient and easytouse platform.
WorkWave Team is looking for innovative standard and senior quality assurance engineers who want to be part of a team of creative and talented individuals. Our teams are a mix of technologists product managers development engineers and UI/UX designers all working together to deliver our vision. You will be a part of our WorkWave team helping to develop & support the WorkWave products.
Qualifications :
Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of QA experience in both Automation and Manual testing.
A strong foundation in testing Web Applications and API.
A strong foundation in Postman and API Automation with Rest Assured/Rest Sharp.
Solid understanding of QA processes best practices testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience in using CI/CD tools for Test Automation with an understanding of DevOps principles
A passion for improving processes tools methodologies & overall product quality.
Experience working with Behavior Driven Development would be an added advantage
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
