Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Product Management Lead for Application Development Frameworks to join our global RnD team. This critical role requires a unique blend of functional product management skills and technical understanding of application development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker a strong communicator and a handson leader who can work crossfunctionally to deliver innovative solutions while growing a team of product managers under them. In this role you need to be located in the Netherlands the UK Sweden or Sri Lanka.

What is the role

  • Identify investments and define and drive the product vision strategy and roadmap for the Application Development Framework. 

  • Collaborate with engineering design and other crossfunctional teams to develop and launch new features and products. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats. 

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and ensure alignment with business goals. 

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decisionmaking. 

  • Advocate for the enduser experience ensuring products are intuitive reliable and meet user needs. 

  • Identify roadblocks and demonstrate the ability to provide practical recommendations for overcoming them. 

  • Oversee the product budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with financial goals. 

  • Recruit lead mentor and develop a team of product managers fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 


Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the technology software or related industries.
  • Handson experience with application development frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful products.
  • You can work remotely from home or from one of our nearby offices. The job can be fulfilled both from Sri Lanka as well as Europe.
