Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

As a PMO you will support the SVP and executive team to enhance efficiency in time management information dissemination and decisionmaking processes. You will foster leadership team dynamics facilitate communication across teams and build engagement. You will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects acting as a transversal facilitator at all hierarchical levels. This position reports directly to the SVP.

Your mission: 

• Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy roadmap and OKRs.
• Ensure SVPs priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
• Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees townhalls conferences).
• Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
• Lead and support global projects and CC governance.
• Facilitate department direction committees and oversee internal communication.
• Drive team engagement through meetings offsites and events.

Qualifications :

And you 

• Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
• Excellent level of English additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills written and verbal.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating highlevel presentations and reports.
• Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.
