We are now looking to recruit a talented Marketing Assistant/Executive depending on experience (Japanese and/or Korean speaker) whose focus will be to support sustain and grow the strong presence of our brands in the Asia region whilst also providing operational support for projects in other regions. The position is based within the regional marketing team reporting to the B2B Marketing Manager. The role would involve working with an international team based in offices across the world and would offer extensive exposure to international marketing using a variety of digital and traditional offline channels.
The position would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a communications role which required operating in both English and other languages who is looking to join an international business with scope for career progression.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing global projects aimed to enhance the relationship with our partner agents as well as keep them updated and knowledgeable of our products and USP
Work with the B2B teams Sales and Marketing in activities to improve services towards our partners
Develop initiatives that supports the B2B sales of the region
Inputting regional requirements into global marketing plans
Creating and implementing a marketing activity calendar to drive leads and conversion efforts through online and offline channels
Sourcing and securing sponsorship / blogger partnerships / influencers
Social media planning research and execution
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Website and blog management: translating and proofreading content
Writing compelling content for partners
Outreach digital PR and best practice industry trends
Organizing events such as conferences seminars receptions and exhibitions
Supporting the development of SEO strategy including seeding content and link building.
General marketing research including competitor activity monitoring to create new and creative campaign ideas
Supporting the development and implementation of Regional Marketing projects with focus on growing revenue and ROI
Working with the content email design and web teams to develop digital campaigns
Qualifications :
About you
To be considered for the position you will need:
Bachelors degree or above (desirable)
Proficiency in Japanese or Korean together with fluency in English (written and spoken) knowledge of both languages will be a plus
Relevant marketing experience
Keen interest in online trends technology social media blogs and travel
Experience and passion in creating content
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
Proven success in applying strategy using marketing channels with focus on digital
Knowledge of HTML website management (CMS) and mass email (CRM)
Complimentary experience of offline marketing (desirable)
Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas
High levels of energy and selfmotivation
Teamworking skills
