How Youll Make an Impact:
By managing fullcycle recruitment youll ensure we attract and hire toptech talent efficiently and effectively.
Through close collaboration with hiring managers youll empower and educate them to align recruitment strategies with the specific needs of our technical teams.
By building and nurturing a strong and diverse talent pipeline youll keep us connected with the best candidates in the tech field.
By fostering strong relationships with your team youll create a collaborative environment where everyone works toward the same hiring goals.
By collaborating on exciting projects youll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications :
What Youll Need to Succeed:
At least 2 years of experience in technology e2e hiring in a dynamic scaleup environment (previous sourcing and coordination experiences are a plus)
Proficiency with ATS and experience in Smart Recruiters being a plus.
A strong sense of ownership the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and a drive to find solutions.
Experience delivering TA projects in scaleup organizations.
A passion for continuous improvement and inspiring those around you to excel.
Proven success in stakeholder management with the ability to effectively push hiring managers for the best outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in English (German is a plus).
