The Empowerment Program Coordinator focuses on designing and executing initiatives that empower individuals or communities to achieve their potential, make informed decisions, and positively impact their own lives. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify the needs of the target population to design effective programs.

- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of empowerment programs, ensuring they are executed smoothly and effectively.

- Engage with participants to explain program goals, benefits, and expectations.
