Roles and responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across various commercial divisions, including Fresh Food, Ecommerce, Store Operations and Merchandising.
Learn and deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and technical competencies specific to each role rotation.

Customer Service:

Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and store policies.
Provide product recommendations and guide customers to find what they need.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Assistance:

Assist customers in making purchases by explaining features and benefits of products.
Upsell or cross-sell additional products to customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales.
Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
Inventory Management:

Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
Check inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
Monitor and report on product shortages, damage, or discrepancies in inventory.
Store Organization and Cleanliness:

Keep the store clean and organized by ensuring shelves are tidy, products are well-displayed, and aisles are clear.
Ensure that the store’s environment is visually appealing to encourage customers to browse and shop.
Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about the store’s products, promotions, and sales events.
Communicate new arrivals, discounts, and special offers to customers.
Help customers compare products and make informed purchasing decisions.

Desired candidate profile

Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Marketing, or related disciplines).
Strong academic track record demonstrating excellence in coursework and extracurricular activities.
Passion for the grocery retail industry and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
