Job Description
Mission:
- Your role is to ensure service continuity to guarantee application(s) quality and to maintain the application(s)
Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents analyze problems and implement small request for change by following the development phases (coding unit test) in consistency with the assets
- Provide quality users assistance
- Answer to different service requests (reporting recurrent tasks)
- Meet the objectives related to its application (availability time incidents time resolution)
- Ensure the necessary data transfer between applications
- Update documents after each change
- Propose and implement actions to simplify applications optimize processes and automate tasks
- Follow and enforce norms and standards security rules
Qualifications :
Profile:
- Graduate of technical profile faculty
- Experience in COBOL programming (minimum 4 years)
- Experience with Mainframe JCL DB2
- Experience in application support
- Synthesis Capacity
- Customer Orientation
- Initiative Capacity
- Mandatory French and English skills
