Manage the delivery of assigned projects within the designated budget schedule and quality parameters.
Represent the PMC on construction project management concerns attending major meetings
Foster and maintain effective relationships with the Client Consultants and Contractors
Participate in preconstruction activities including qualification and tendering processes
Coordinate the development of construction schedules incorporating engineering deliverables and procurement schedules
Manage construction activities providing the construction team with overall direction for services
Guide PCS operations to maintain tracking logging and monitoring systems including periodic status report preparation
Oversee contract administration activities with respect to contract procedures contracts and variation orders
Direct logistics quality and safety plan development according to project standards
Monitor the Supervision Consultant s quality control and coordination efforts
Requirements
Excellent ability in using MS Office applications and related Engineering Programs
B.Sc in the Civil Engineering from a reputable university Postgraduates studies and Professional Certificates will be an asset.
