Job Description

*Experience Level:* 12 18 years including experience working with Tier 1 consulting firms or toptier organisations within the HR advisory team

We are seeking a seasoned HR consulting professional with extensive experience in leading HR consulting projects particularly within shared services transformation projects.

*Key Areas of Work:*

* Lead the HR integration as part of a shared services transformation

* Develop and implement HR frameworks that align with the organisation s strategic objectives and shared services model.

* Oversee the creation and refinement of HR policies to meet industry best practices and regulatory standards.

* Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and team alignment.

* Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition onboarding employee engagement and retention strategies.

* Ensure compliance with labour laws mitigate risks and foster a positive workplace culture.

*Industry expertise*: Shared services centers

*Duration* : 9 months

*Location:* UAE

Requirements

Experience 1218 years

CTC 2.5 Lakhs / Per Month Visa Airtravel Insurance Accomodation

Contract To work for 9 months at Dubai .
