Key responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will need to perform the following tasks and responsibilities regularly:
Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities
including new markets growth areas and trends.
Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new
and existing clients ensuring their business needs are met and fostering longterm
partnerships.
Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue
expand market presence and achieve business goals.
Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
and identify potential areas for business growth.
Sales strategy. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies
that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
Partnership development. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to
expand the company s reach and capabilities.
Reporting and analysis. Regularly review and report on business development
activities providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
To be considered there are certain qualifications we d like to see in our candidates:
Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics business strategy and client relationship
management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on building longterm
partnerships.
Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
5 years of experience in business development sales or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software market analysis tools and business development
platforms.
A degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.

decisions.
