Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and skilled Python Developer with experience in Azure Data bricks and a strong background in Data Science to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will also possess a Scrum Master Certification enabling them to lead Agile teams and promote efficient workflows. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for developing scalable data solutions driving insights through data science and implementing Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Python Development: Write optimize and maintain Python code to develop scalable data processing pipelines machine learning models and analytical solutions.
- Azure Databricks: Leverage Azure Data bricks to build and deploy data engineering and data science solutions. Design and implement endtoend workflows for data processing transformation and analysis using Apache Spark and Data bricks notebooks.
- Data Science & Analytics: Collaborate with data scientists to develop machine learning models conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and generate actionable insights from large datasets.
- Cloud Data Solutions: Utilize Azure services (Azure Storage Azure Data Lake Azure SQL etc.) to build cloudbased data solutions that integrate with Data bricks for seamless data processing and analysis.
- Agile Practices: As a Certified Scrum Master facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution of projects remove blockers and maintain team focus on delivering highquality data solutions.
- Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with data engineers data analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Model Deployment & Automation: Deploy machine learning models into production automate data workflows and ensure data pipelines are reproducible reliable and scalable.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data science cloud computing and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience with Python including experience with libraries such as Pandas NumPy SciPy and Scikitlearn for data manipulation statistical analysis and machine learning.
- Handson experience with Azure Data bricks including Sparkbased distributed computing notebook development and integrating Data bricks with other Azure services.
- Solid foundation in Data Science concepts including statistical modeling machine learning and data visualization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications with experience in leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Lake Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage for cloudbased data storage and processing.
- Experience with machine learning model deployment using tools like MLflow Azure Machine Learning or other relevant frameworks.
- Knowledge of data wrangling cleaning and transformation techniques especially working with large unstructured datasets.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and build datadriven solutions.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control (e.g. Git) and collaborative development practices.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestrations such as Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow Keras or PyTorch for advanced machine learning model development.
- Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow Azure Data Factory or MLflow.
- Experience with cloudnative data architectures and tools for realtime data processing and analytics (e.g. Kafka Azure Stream Analytics).
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and how they relate to data engineering and machine learning workflows.
