Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design implement and maintain SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for SAP HCM optimization and integration with other modules.
- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration Organizational Management and Time Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring smooth operations of SAP HCM systems.
- Conduct enduser training and create documentation to support SAP HCM solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM developments and proactively suggest enhancements.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong expertise in configuring and deploying SAP HCM modules.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP HCM issues.
- Experience with SAP HCM integration with other ERP modules.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Analyze and map business processes to SAP HCM functionalities.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver SAP HCM projects on time.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
