This role can be based in any country in Europe where Sika operates with regular travel (approximately 2030% of working time).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct indepth market analyses to identify and prioritize growth opportunities in the solar roofing business.
- Define customer value propositions (CVPs) tailored to specific countries and regions.
- Business Model Creation:
- Design countryspecific business models encompassing customer target groups market segments product portfolios and valueadded services.
- Establish effective routes to market including distribution channels sales structures and supply chain solutions.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with R&D product engineers and regional sales teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of strategies.
- Organize training sessions workshops and events to empower internal teams and engage external stakeholders.
- Implementation and Rollout:
- Travel to local markets to assess conditions define strategies and support implementation.
- Guide and support local teams in rolling out tailored strategies and achieving measurable results.
Qualifications :
- Essential Skills and Experience:
- A degree in business engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 35 years of experience in sales within roofing solutions with a strong track record in driving growth.
- Proven expertise in project management and executing sales strategies in new markets.
- Knowledge of sustainability trends regulations and certifications in flat roofing.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to build successful initiatives from scratch.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing and selling business models for solar roofing solutions.
