- Support in researching analyzing and planning the sales & marketing strategies for the Center Sales GC/SA (General Contractors/Special Applicators) and coordinate with other areas for other market fields.
- Prepare sales plan to meet the sales target.
- Monitor discount scheme offered to customers.
- Overall control all customer accounts personally follow up important / major accounts/ projects.
- Build and improve customer relationships. Entertain and visit customers regularly.
- Maintain update competitor status/ activities to develop adequate strategies.
- Provide monthly report and sales forecast to the Manager.
- Update list of customers: consultants designers construction companies contractors/projects and follow up.
- Supervise and motivate staff activities with new ideas and solutions and working towards a dynamic team.
- Maintain a professional business appearance and approach with customers.
- Keep confidential all the companys business information and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in any related field of studies candidates with Construction background is an advantage.
- Minimum 57 years experience in building materials/construction chemicals with experience in working with general contractors and special applicators.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Able to travel when required.
- Skillful Microsoft applications: Word Excel PowerPoint
- Good English skills
- Vietnamese speaking
