Job Description
The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with the Restaurant & Retail Partnership Managers to help our restaurant partners to Join and onboard successfuly
Were looking for someone that has a real passion for delivering exceptional service and that is tech savvy with ability to adapt their tone to suit the customer youll need to be the person that can build great relationships with restaurants and retailers. Preferably you have some previous experience working in sales roles and you are passionate about our platform and the opportunities it offers to the restaurant owners. Managing our Restaurant & Retail sales operations including:
- Being the main point of contact (inbound) for restaurants and retailers that have shown interest towards Wolt
- Outbound calls looking for potential collaborations
- Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and understanding which kind of venue portfolio we are building here at Wolt
- Assisting the rest of the sales team with other adhoc tasks
Qualifications :
- Demonstrable experience from a sales or customer service focused role
- You are techsavvy and a quick learner
- Excellent communication skills you will be working with a lot of different people
- You have a cando attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fastpaced startup environment
- Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus
- Fluent in Croatian and English
