You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Talent Acquisition Lead HighVolume to join our dynamic team in Tbilisi Georgia. This pivotal role will oversee a team of 57 Volume Talent Acquisition Partners and lead highvolume recruitment efforts across multiple roles including Support Associates Grocery Associates Support Team Leads Shift Leads CTQ Specialists and Workforce Specialists.
Georgia is currently our secondlargest hiring market and as we expand it is projected to become our top market in 2025 driven by the growth of the Support Team and the adoption of innovative AI tools like Converse. This role will require hiring up to 150 Support Associates per month in addition to 2035 Grocery Associates. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker a datadriven decisionmaker and an inspiring leader with a strong background in highvolume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 1 year in highvolume recruitment.
Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams with a track record of achieving targets and delivering results.
Deep understanding of the Georgian labor market including talent availability recruitment trends and legal considerations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and make strategic decisions.
Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of proficiency in English both written and spoken.
Indepth knowledge of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and the Georgian talent market.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
