Job Description
Performs EDI monitoring analysis request management and testing to increase the EDI rate for all relevant EDI message types for all Metro countries.
Ensures EDI processes fulfill the business requirements and supports in EDI implementation enhancement and infrastructure.
Evaluate and prioritize problems complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution/implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- EDI Interface monitoring error reporting and resolution.
- EDI data analysis of target Metro countries.
- New Supplier Onboarding for partner countries
- Support & maintain existing EDI Maps/Partners. Support countries during development of new mappings.
- Prepare and review project documents such as design document configuration document technical/functional specification document and present it to the stakeholder. Ensure updated documentation for primary support areas.
- Interact with business functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the proper integration of business processes and support internal suppliers in rolling out EDI based on requests..
- Defining system and user acceptance test cases and approach.
- Demand /Requirement Management Ensure daily monitoring of assigned Incidents and Change Requests to avoid any slippage or SLA breaches.
- Mentor backups / freshers in primary technical support areas.
- Provide standby or backup support whenever required.
Required Technical Skills:
- 03 years of work experience in one major EDI standard (e.g. EDIFACT ANSI X12).
- Understanding of business flow retail O2C & P2P cycle.
- Expertise in EDI XML scheme Jira IDoc.
- Knowledge of: EDI Protocols EDIFACT / ANSI X12.
- Knowledge of WEB EDI and secure Internet protocols such as File Transfer Protocol Secure (FTPS) Hyper Text Transport Protocol Secure (HTTPS) AS2 X400.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Data analysis
- Good communication & presentation skills and experience in preparing business documentation.
- Project work knowledge
- Certification on EDI technologies would be an added advantage.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduation or higher degree in Computer Information Technology or any IT degree (B.Sc(IT) MCA B.Tech B.Sc(Comp) etc.)
- Good communication skills to communicate with customers team members and stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
