- Maintain safe & secure environment through Store security and Loss Prevention (LP) Teams.
- Acting as liaison between organisation and any governmental agencies such as police fire and any safety regulatory bodies.
- Identify and prioritize security and safety risk and notify Head of security accordingly.
- Ensure proper implementation of all Security Operations and OHS SOPs in respective region.
- Establish and maintain procedures to reduce any internal theft/losses by customers or employees.
- Analyze stock correction reports and conduct briefings for Store Security and LP teams with guidelines and a defined way forward to control losses.
- Establish and ensure implementation of company security and fire life safety policies.
- Ensure that all the incidents reports are completed properly and are shared with all required stakeholders at Store and Head Office level.
- Coordinate investigations at Store Level and or wherever required/advised by the Head Office Security management within the region.
- Supervise the Security Teams of Stores and provide them all support required.
- Hold timetotime refreshers training in coordination with Store Security Team Leads to address matters concerning staff workplace safety & security.
- Maintain responsibility for payroll of security contractual employees and ensure that all necessary time sheets and documents are collected completed and forwarded to Head Office Security Management on time.
- Complete regular staff appraisals performance review periodically for each staff member.
- Establish and maintain sound security practices.
- Carry out coordination meetings with Store Security Team to evaluate their job performance and advise them periodically.
- Implement cost effective and efficient Loss Prevention methods.
- Communicate the situational awareness of the region to Store Teams and Head Office Security Management.
- Coordination with third party security service providers for staff training service improvement to promote and protect METRO Pakistan business.
- Carry out security investigation within the region as and when required.
Qualifications :
Masters or Honors degree from an HECrecognized university.
Additional Information :
Minimum four year experience as Retail Store Security Manager.
