Job Description
What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a gentlemen who unfortunately suffers with lockedin syndrome and has type2 diabetes. Your role would be to offer companionship and to complete daytoday household tasksattending to his personal and domestic care.
Hes a huge fan of football and watching sports in general he also enjoys spending time with his family who come to visit him.

Qualifications :
What youll need
Experience in catheter care bowel management and medication administration is essential for this role.
