Job Title: HR Analyst
Scope:
As an HR Analyst you will gather analyze and interpret HR data to drive impactful decisions and policies. By leveraging insights from employee satisfaction training effectiveness and productivity metrics you will contribute to enhancing organizational performance employee engagement and compliance with company policies. This role is ideal for detailoriented professionals passionate about data analytics and HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
HR Data Collection & Management:
- Collect HR data from employees supervisors and other stakeholders.
- Compile historical data from employment records and exit interviews.
- Refer to external databases such as government labor statistics and competitor labor practices.
- Draft surveys and other datagathering tools to ensure comprehensive data collection.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Organize and clean data to eliminate errors and ensure meaningful analysis.
- Analyze data manually and through advanced tools and programs.
- Identify key trends and develop actionable insights to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with HR supervisors to create policies and training programs informed by data findings.
Reporting & Policy Development:
- Prepare clear and concise reports based on findings.
- Discuss recommendations with HR leadership to inform organizational decisions.
- Assist in developing compensation benefits and training programs based on datainformed evidence.
Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure employee compliance with policies based on datadriven evidence.
- Support the testing and refinement of HR data collection tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Informatics Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 23 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with HR policies labor laws and industry standards.
