Role Overview
As the Lead Account Manager you will lead the account management team overseeing the client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and growth. This role is pivotal in driving the success of both the team and the company.

Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the account management team to achieve company objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize customer success and retention.
- Manage and expand the client portfolio ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve service offerings and address client needs.
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Report directly to senior leadership on team performance and client insights.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within Fintech.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
