Our client a leading private equity firm currently seeking talent as a Corporate Finance Manager as part of their strategic growth team to lead and support the expansion of their presence in the US UK MENA and SEA regions. This position plays a crucial role in discovering and implementing strategic initiatives obtaining funding and fostering business expansion across various regions and would require frequent travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities including mergers acquisitions and strategic alliances.
- Design and implement financial models and strategies to facilitate market entry and expansion in targeted regions.
- Obtain funding through various channels such as debt equity or alternative financing to support growth initiatives.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the development of financial forecasts budgets and performance reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors financial institutions and corporate partners.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and governance standards in all operating markets.
