Job Description
- Partner with the CEO to identify and pursue new market opportunities including mergers acquisitions and strategic alliances.
- Design and implement financial models and strategies to facilitate market entry and expansion in targeted regions.
- Obtain funding through various channels such as debt equity or alternative financing to support growth initiatives.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends risks and opportunities.
- Oversee the development of financial forecasts budgets and performance reports to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors financial institutions and corporate partners.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and governance standards in all operating markets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in corporate finance investment banking or strategic financial management.
- Proficiency in financial modelling valuation and business planning.
- Deep understanding of global markets particularly in the US UK MENA and Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively represent the company and engage with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving growth and achieving results.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse business cultures.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
