Work mode: 2 days WFH 3 days working in office.
The Social Media Executive plays a key role in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services and grow our customer base. This role involves various tasks including social media management content creation market research advertising campaigns and collaboration with other departments to achieve marketing objectives. This role may require light support on the weekend but can be mobile support.

Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts and develop engaging yearlong content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Be the leader in community management in building strong fan base in all channels
Create compelling & trendy content for social pages with handson production and editing & ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media metrics and analyse performance to improve strategies.
2. Content Creation:
Create compelling & trendy content for all digital channels with handson production and editing & ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines.
Work closely with agencies external content creators influencers & models for any content production
Ideate plan script and produce video content including editing and postproduction. Create graphics images and other multimedia assets to support content initiatives.
Grow the brand s fans base with through multiples platforms which include but not limit to social media CRM program brand ambassador program etc.
3. Advertising and Promotion:
Develop marketing & communication plans and strategies to meet company objectives.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels (digital social media etc.).
Execute on ATL & BTL & TTL marketing with media buying practice.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with both internal & external stakeholders to coordinate marketing efforts & production.
Provide support and marketing materials to internal departments as needed.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
Analyse & summarise data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies.
6. Campaign Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to management.

Requirements
Holder of Diploma or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Advertising Design or a related field.
Selfdriven accountable and passion for results

Strong communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft office (Powerpoint Excel Outlook) and video editing software (Capcut / Adobe Premiere Pro
Proficiency in digital marketing software/tools (e.g. Google Analytics TikTok & Meta business manager etc.).
Proficiency in managing social pages (e.g. Facebook Instagram TikTok & XHS.).
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
