Skills Required: At least 57 years or more BPO related experience (QMS)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implements QMS processes and system level controls in multiple projects for the location functions in line with contractual requirements the company requirements and ISO 9001 standard requirements
- Assists in implementation of ISMS ISO 27001 PIMS ISO 27701 and BCP ISO 22301
- Drives adaption of QMS process based culture and risk based thinking in operations and direct support functions aligned to the engagement
- Conducts regular QMS audits and checks in operation and direct support function to evaluate to evaluate compliance to requirements as per a defined plan
- Evaluates the controls established to evaluate their effectiveness in meeting the goals of the engagement
- Reviews with the management to provide insights into functioning of the QMS processes and potential and actual risks in QMS processes
Requirements:
- Graduation (any discipline) with 1012 years of experience of working in an International BPO
- Should be open to work 24/7
- Should be Lead assessor certified in ISO 9001 with experience in establishing QMS processes and exposure to ISMS ISO 27001 PIMS ISO 27701 and BCP ISO 22301
- Extensive experience in Management Systems auditing and risk management
- People management expertise: Ability to manage efforts to succeed in internal and external audits
- Project management expertise: Six Sigma Black certified with at least 23 projects lead individually
- Excellent skills on Excel/Quality Tools / Data Analysis /Minitab/Analytical Skills / Reporting
