Job Overview:
As a Content Moderator your primary responsibility will be to monitor and moderate online content to ensure that it complies with community guidelines and maintains a positive user experience. You will be working within a team of professionals focused on providing the best service to our clients. The role requires fluency in German and proficiency in English (B2 level) along with a keen eye for detail strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive content with discretion.
This is an onsite position based in the beautiful city of Thessaloniki Greece where you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle that the city offers. A relocation package is available for candidates moving from abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review usergenerated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and report inappropriate harmful or offensive content in a timely manner ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to users guiding them toward community standards compliance.
- Collaborate with a team of moderators sharing insights and best practices for effective content moderation.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to address specific content issues or escalate cases when necessary.
- Keep uptodate with emerging trends guidelines and tools related to content moderation.
- Assist in improving processes and suggesting improvements to streamline moderation workflows.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken) this is a must.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) strong communication skills are essential for collaboration.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to spot inappropriate content in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of content across different platforms.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with sensitive or difficult content.
- A positive and proactive approach with a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team.
