Position: German Sales Support Advisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic German Sales Support Advisor to join our growing team in Athens Greece. As a key member of our sales team you will support the sales process by providing exceptional customer service managing accounts and ensuring smooth communication between the clients and our team. This is a hybrid role giving you flexibility while providing a fantastic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to the sales team and customers in Germanspeaking markets.
- Assist in developing client relationships and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the sales process through data analysis order processing and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to sales strategies and support the execution of sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
- Previous experience in sales support or a customer service role preferably in a salesdriven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
