Job Description
Position: Senior Drinking Water Analyst

Position Overview:
As a Senior Drinking Water Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of drinking water for communities across the country. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive water quality analyses and providing expert recommendations on behalf of our client. You will also be responsible for managing a team of analysts and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in environmental science environmental engineering water resources management geography computer science ecology or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting government agency or research position OR a Masters degree in a relevant discipline plus one year of relevant professional experience.
- Experience retrieving analyzing and cleaning large datasets (such as environmental geospatial demographic or project progress and administrative management data) using R Python or Power Query.
- Familiarity with using Power BI ArcGIS Online or Shiny to develop interactive webbased tools and applications for visualizing data.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to apply quality control practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Candidates must be either a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to be considered.
