Finance Expertise and Practice

This position is with a globally recognized law firm celebrated for its expertise in complex corporate finance and capital markets transactions. The team is known for:

• Private Credit Transactions: Structuring and executing private credit agreements for leading financial institutions and borrowers.
• Syndicated Debt Finance: Advising on syndicated loans highyield bonds and leveraged finance transactions.
• Private Equity Acquisition Finance: Collaborating with private equity sponsors on acquisition financing leveraged buyouts and structured finance deals.
• Liability Management: Guiding clients through liability restructuring debt refinancing and special situations finance.
• CrossBorder Transactions: Navigating multijurisdictional finance deals while ensuring compliance with global regulations.

In this position you will:

• Represent clients in private credit and syndicated debt finance transactions with a focus on private equity acquisition finance and liability management.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements intercreditor agreements and related financial documentation.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation financial structuring and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative legal solutions for complex financial matters.
• Build and nurture relationships with private equity sponsors borrowers and lenders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2016 to 2021 with robust experience in private credit syndicated debt finance and special situations finance.
• Practice Areas: Experience with private equity acquisition finance and liability management is highly preferred.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a toptier accredited law school with strong academic performance.
