About the client
Our client a global leader in innovative solutions for industries such as Automotive and HVAC is expanding its operations. As part of this growth they are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive business expansion and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role you will manage sales activities within your assigned business scope ensuring alignment with the companys strategies and policies.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through the strategic selection and categorisation of customers focusing on highpotential opportunities.
- Maintain concise accurate and impactful account plans and updates in alignment with management requirements to ensure seamless tracking and decisionmaking.
- Conduct thorough account analyses to gain a deep understanding of customer businesses addressing their key challenges concerns and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate the technical and commercial advantages of engineering products with confidence and credibility emphasising their unique value compared to competitors.
- Perform comprehensive market trend analyses and synthesise insights to provide actionable feedback to the management team fostering continuous improvement.
- Identifying opportunities to mitigate risk and negotiating favourable contractual terms and conditions.
- Partner with the engineering team to monitor postsales feedback offering technical support to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure CRM systems are consistently updated to provide reliable and realtime reporting for management and team alignment.
You have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Prefer minimum 5 years sales experience in the automation industrial industry
- Technical background is favourable
- Existing network in Singapore
