Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional support across phone live chat email and social media for healthrelated accounts
- Resolve issues related to account setup verification finances and technical aspects within healthcare
- Serve as a trusted advisor offering solutions and insights to enhance healthcare management
- Respond to client inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Uphold high service standards while following company policies
- Provide feedback to improve internal processes and service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
